Mr. PM Sebastian launched Bosco Group in the UAE in 1987 and has since transformed it from a single‑vertical aluminium and glass contracting firm into a diversified industrial conglomerate. Headquartered in Ras Al‑Khaimah, the Group operates across all seven Emirates, with core activities in façade contracting, component manufacturing and trading of aluminium, glass and related hardware.
Under his direction, Bosco Group designs, engineers and installs curtain‑wall systems on high‑rise towers and landmark developments throughout the Gulf. Early in its growth, he added in‑house powder‑coating facilities and precision fabrication units to ensure complete control over surface treatment and component quality. Today, the Group supplies screws, rivets, tapes, gaskets and a full range of façade accessories alongside its contracting services.
Recognizing the need for geographic and sectoral diversification, Mr. Sebastian extended his ventures into India. He is Founder Partner and Vice‑Chairman of Lakeshore Hospital, a multispecialty facility and Chairman of Welcare Hospital (both in Kerala) and affiliated College of Nursing. These institutions emphasize clinical excellence, modern medical technology and professional training for nursing graduates.
In the real‑estate sector, he established Poovakottu Developers Pvt. Ltd., executing residential and commercial projects that integrate contemporary design with local sustainability considerations. To support India’s construction supply chain, he set up Bosco Metals (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Galaxy Aluminium Industries Pvt. Ltd., both manufacturing aluminium profiles and façade components for domestic clients.
Beyond these core operations, Mr. Sebastian has diversified into consumer‑focused and community ventures in his home state of Kerala. He launched Bosco Silk textile retail outlets and cinema halls, and has held interests in small‑scale agricultural projects; initiatives driven by his commitment to regional economic development.
Throughout his tenure, Mr. Sebastian has maintained a strong emphasis on vertical integration and operational rigor. By overseeing every phase, from engineering design and material processing to installation, he has built a single‑source façade solutions model that delivers consistency, responsiveness and competitive lead times.
Over more than three decades, Bosco Group has delivered façade works on dozens of major towers, commercial complexes and institutional buildings across the Middle East and India.
