Angela holds both bachelor’s and postgraduate degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Reading in the UK. She began her career at the prestigious American law firm Curtis, Mallet‑Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, where she gained invaluable experience in handling complex legal structures. She further trained in corporate structuring at Al Tamimi & Company—one of the largest law firms in the MENA region—enhancing her expertise in high‑stakes corporate transactions.
She also serves as Chief Legal Officer for Kingston Investment Holding Group, overseeing its complex legal and compliance processes. Beyond her corporate role, Angela actively contributes to the business community: having been recently inducted onto the Board of IBPC Sharjah, she plays a vital role in ensuring legal compliance across the council’s activities.
